Health Services
All international students must hold Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the period of their study. This provides you with insurance for medical and hospital costs you may incur. If you need help in finding an insurer, please talk to your agent or to us for further help,
Working in Australia
Under the terms of your student visa you are able to work for 40 hours per fortnight during study times. In break periods there is no restriction on the hours you choose to work. Your rights as a worker are in this link (if you choose to take some part-time work). Our laws exist to protect all workers, including international students. If you think you are being treated unfairly, please ask us to a referral to the best advice.

All courses are preceded by an orientation program during which staff members and students are introduced.

The College helps students hone their study skills, develop time-management strategies and offers assistance in developing, organising and editing papers.
Advice on and assistance with articulation into university and other tertiary level programs.
Each year the CBC Institute awards scholarships which subsidise tuition fees for any course offered at the College. Contact the College for details.
